I determined that an Empress Marava class Far Trader could manage about 160 refugees on a jump type rescue if the cargo bay and life support system could handle that number of people.
The big problems are providing meals for them over several weeks (that runs into the thousands), toilet facilities (the equivalent of port-a-potties), a bunk on the cargo deck or elsewhere, and minimal life support / atmosphere.
You could easily double to quadruple that for a few hours flight.
