Thought someone might like to try this Pre-Gen.
It wasn't easy rolling him up, but he works. I used the Traveller Companion, the current Core Rulebook, and the Alternate PSI Rules I posted recently. I thought about giving him a Psionic Crystal (PSI Battery in Mgt1 Book 4 Psion), but he's already a bit much. Maybe something he could be sent from a Family member later.
He is very much a brainy character.
