She probably one of my favorites from the Interstellar Wars. So what do people think happened to her and how do you play her in your games
 
She was a Vilani Governor of the Terran Confederation Wars era. She tried to get peace between the two and then disappeared.

I say the Vilani got her.

Vilani provincial governor in the rim province for the 4th and 5th Interstellar Wars. The only one who managed to "win" one of the wars. Before that head spymaster in the rim. She's detailed in Rim of Fire and Interstellar Wars.
