Well, I'm still here in Nirgendwo. 
I've been spending more time looking for a better job, and taking the opportunity to thoroughly read through the PDF's on the CT disk, the JTAS issues and other materials I've haven't touched yet. It's a good time to get caught up.

Posted because people have been inquiring about the account. Yes, it was created with Hunter's express permission. Mods see a bunch of stuff user-level accounts don't... like unapproved threads and content of deleted messages and a bunch of additional interface buttons.

Come on, give the guy a break...he only has SOC -1 read properly that is minus one...
I actually wonder if more people are in favour of something else than forums these days. As they seem to be a quick way of conveying information but for announcements and whatnot, I tend to check out Twitter and whatnot.
At the very least, this site should have the Twitter feeds from the publishers...

Well, if there's a way to set it up so only permission rated feeds get in that might be interesting, but frankly I don't think Mongoose or Marc do Tweets. Some of the smaller publishers might, and we could (presuming it's doable) handle granting permissions for them based on their record. I think a few of them might be interested in the idea.

You'd get tweets from people who are producing and publishing gaming materials matter and not random tweets from loud mouthed *ssholes like myself!

That's easy, Bill. Just pick the one who's wearing the outfit made out of the least clothing-like objects imaginable. Trust me: if GaGa's in the lineup, it won't even be a difficult choice to make.

Sadly, my current job involves (amongst other things) keeping tabs on whateverthehell Lady GaGa is up to at any given moment. So I have to know these things, whether I want to or not.
And I'm pretty sure that she's a woman, regardless of the rumours.
