Of the ones you listed, Murder on Arcturus Station.

The Traveller Adventure and Nomads of the World Ocean are also excellent.

I liked Martin's Homecoming when I read it, but as yet have not got a chance to run it.

Out of the ones you named, I'd have to say The Traveller Adventure; one of the guys in my group ran part of it enjoyably. Of course, of the named ones (other than "other"), I've only seen that and Kinunir.

Had I voted "Other," I'd have said Shadows, so let that be my runner-up.

Of the High Passage feature Adventures by FASA, the 2 I like the best are.

Issue #3 : The Edge

and

Issue #5 : Day of the Gathering

As a Campaign, I like Lords of Thunder. It has the right amount of epic, science, and adventure. I just wish that it could have been flushed out into a full fledged adventure akin to Knightfall or how TSR did modules. But, I guess that is not the Traveller way.

There are some tough choices there. Murder on Arcturus Station is an excellent adventure, if you have a good ref.

I had to go with Sky Raiders, even if Lords of Thunder is also a great epic story.

For a one-night adventure I would add Ordeal by Eshaar.

Those are all real good choices - Kinunir is a Traveller classic, Nomads is Dune on a water world, Arrival:Vengeance is a great tour of the Imperium on an iconic ship, the Traveller Adventure is the classic campaign.

I'm surprised that the Shadows/Research Station Gamma/Twilight's Peak isn't listed. I think that is where my vote goes.

#1 ANNIC NOVA, great introductory for new players.

THE EDGE was excellent from HIGH PASSAGE but would only be good with a long time crew with lots of background adventures to draw upon.

For those who like work, virtually all Adventure titles ever written are buried in here:

With all due respect... The Kinunir? Shadows? The others you mention are decent and TTA is great, but those two survive on nothing but nostalgia. Sure, The Kinunir was something special 30 years ago, but that was 30 years ago, before anyone knew any better. It does not hold up well (nor does RSG and TP, really, but they have a lot of crunchy goodness background stuff to redeem them). And Shadows... well, I suppose it depends on what you want from it. If you want an uncomplicated dungeon crawl where getting away is resolution enough, I guess it works fine. If you want something with some ort of explanation for what's actually behind the events, not so much...
