"100" ton trader - uh, kind of... (deck plan)

It bears an interesting resemblance to the later 200 dTon Armed Merchant you eventually created.

It's beautiful. And your print style is nice and neat, much clearer than my scrawl.

Perhaps you originally thought that there were 4 squares to the ton?

As it is, it might make a nice, agile 300 ton merchant.

I'll give it a submersible hull.

M2 J2 P2. Full fuel treatment with purifiers.

60 tons of cargo.
Two 5-ton suites (nice).
One eight-ton suite (wow!).
I'll add "adaptable" life support, in case you have an alien crewmember.

I like the observation deck. Your crew are pampered. That's not a bad thing. If you used this ship in one of my games, I would give you +DMs for any and all crew actions, due to the spaciousness and "ergonomic design" of the ship's interior.

I think some of that extra space could be allocated for low berths.

Looks like two (or even three) hardpoints... so this does behave more like a 300 ton ship. So be it.

I like the cargo elevator and loading ramp!

Trader A-CS22 Aeos MCr88.6

Owner: Republic of Regina

Using a 300-ton, TL12 hull, the Aeos is a Mount-of-Apollo-class Trader. It is fitted with the Dalon 2 Grid C2 jump drive, the Slipstream Cp.22 maneuver drive, and the Mailliw 2tu.C power plant, giving a performance of jump-2 and 2G acceleration. Fuel tankage supports a 2 parsec jump, at 30t per parsec, and one month of operations. Attached to the bridge is a Computer Model/2 std. There are three crew suites. Installed weaponry include 2 T1 Beam Lasers, and 1 T3 Hybrid L-S-M. Cargo capacity is 60 tons. The ship has a streamlined hull, with scoops, intakes, and bins for frontier refueling.

The ship carries up to four crew: pilot, engineer, gunner, and medic. The medic's stateroom doubles as an infirmary when necessary. There are no passenger accommodations. Its actual volume is 250 tons; as a result the ship is agile when maneuvering in an atmosphere.

Actual volume: 245.5 tons
Crew comfort: +3
Passenger demand: -5

I thought I might do an updated version of it sometime down the line - make it a legitimate 300 tons, but as atpollard pointed out, it is fairly similar to my Sharptooth Class merchant ship.

I like your stats. "Spacious Bridge". ha ha.. This is when I took everything in Book 2 literally. So a 20 ton bridge was actually 20 tons. It wasn't until after studying some of the classic ships that I got a better understanding of using that space for circulation, etc.

I've also posted my redesign of your ship on the Traveller RPG Facebook thingy, including the HTML sheet (which is prettier than text).
