I am working on that myself, my progress and what I have available can be found at my website (link in tagline to The Spinward Main).
On my site there is a file that has the 1120 data in TXT/SEC format.
There are some extra markups in the file, that are explained on the site and I think they are still in the file itself.
What I have done, am doing, is compare the 1120 to the Spinward Marches LBB Supplement. Where the UWP deviates away from the SP Supp, I use the SM Supp UWP as well as the Trade Codes.
It is my opinion and the opinion of a number of folks that the Stellar Data used in the 1120 data from the Regency Source Book (T:TNE) is as correct as we have to date, so I keep that data.
At this time I have a SEC file in Universe format ( the file I am working from) that has the corrected UWP code (99% certain), the correct Stellar Data (99.99% certain), Trade codes and the other modifiers (85% certain), and the Allegiance Codes.
The Allegiance codes are at this time the same as what you would find in the Spinward Marches Campaign book.
The Trade Codes, I am in the process of going back through and re calculating to make sure they are correct based on the Merchant Prince LBB system, so some of the trade codes in the files are not confirmed for every world.
However, you are - as well as anyone else - free to download the various files. I hope to have my finished work available sooner rather than later. But that will depend on how much more crap real life tosses at me over the next month or two.
Oh, the SEC file in the Heaven & Earth format is not near as far along in editing as the Universe version. I edit the Universe one then when it is done I will export a H&E version from Universe. Right now the only things that are close to be correct are the UWP Code and the Stellar Data.
