2320AD Playtesting Open for Moot Subscribers

Ancient - Absent Friend
I've just opened up the 2320AD playtest files and forum for Moot subscribers.

If you are currently a Moot subscriber, you should see the links for the files area and the forum on the main Moot page.

If you are not a subscriber but want to get your hands on the early playtest material, see what's in store, and get involved in the refinement of the material, you will need to subscribe. A one-year subscription to the Imperial Moot is only $12.00 (though you can pay more ;) ) and gets you not only access to the 2320AD playtest, but all other playtests we conduct during the course of your subscription. You also gain access to other exclusive features of the website available only to subscribers.

Please click here for more information on subscribing to the Imperial Moot!

Yeah tell me another one....

I used to one of the playtesters and would like to get back into this game as 2300 AD was one of my old favorites.
Im playtesting for other companies as well.

I noticed some movement down in the 2320 Playtest forum.

As I'm not in the Moot and can't get over the wall, could somebody clue me in on what might be going on, in light of the conversation we've been having with Colin?

It's more-or-less the same conversation there as here. Ted Lindsey has posted a link to the draft of 2320AD Lite, which is cool. However, we only have permission to post it on the Moot for the moment.

If things go well, we should be able to finish it and get the full Lite version posted within a few weeks.

Ok,
So I joined the Moot by purchasing a subscription, and I haven't been able to log into the Moot. I can get into the eLibrary section just fine, but the Moot login rebuffs me. In addition, at the same time, I ordered a copy of the Traveller20 book. I'm coming up on a month with no response from any of the email contacts listed in relation to my order, at quiklinks or rpgrealms, no handbook in hand, and absolutely no response from either front regarding any of my attempts to contact them regarding these issues. The only thing in my inbox are automated emails indicating that they've kindly taken my money.

Color me disappointed, frustrated, and about to move on to Customer Dispute with PayPal.

As far as the Moot goes, remember to login into CotI first, then login to the Moot. As for the other, have you tried contacting Hunter at grip@rpgrealms.com? That may help. In fact, he's the only one who can. I'll send him a message as well.

(edit) I just sent Hunter a note. Hoepfully he will read it soon, but I'm afraid that is all I can do.

What's the link to the draft of 2320 Lite? I'm surfing around trying to find it on the Moot. 'Course, I get lost in my own closet....

The link appears to be down at the moment. Ted was hosting the file on his own webspace, and may have removed it.

I tried the email you recommended as well. Here's hoping.

I tried to join the moot using a link on this site and it asked for my username and password. They didnt need the one I use here but if I havent joined how can I have one?

The ID and password for the Moot is the same as your ID and password for the forums. You need to be logged-in to the forum before you can log into the Moot, though.

Beyond that, I don't know. Perhaps ask one of the mods, post a message in the Website forum, of try to contact Hunter directly (see above).

I have found that the Moot password might be in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, even if your COTI password is not.

That was my problem when I first got a Moot Subscription.

You might see if that fixes it.
