I think it for the 2320AD "Bling" edition maybe im wrong
IIRC the latest incarnation of the Judge Dredd RPG (by Mongoose IIRC?) had a limited edition with a metal cover. But that, like all of these limited editions, was just silly. Cost a fortune, and weighed a ton too.Originally posted by Stephen Herron:
Leather? How about clear perspex or even stainless steel?
My favourite book by far is the anniversary 'Call of Cthulhu' rules. Didn't cost that much. Leather cover with embossed elder sign. Best rpg purchase ever. I do think they're worth the money because not only gamers but collectors buy them too. Just my opinion. But that, like all of these limited editions, was just silly.
13 Feb 2320: The first incarnation was designed to keep dust away from the book. The cover was a living creature that secreted a weak digestive acid to turn the dust (mostly human skin material) into nutrients.Originally posted by Stephen Herron:
Better than the Pentapod limited edition. I'll leave that cover up to your imagination...
