Do the Rump Chinese had access to a coastline?

And are they like the PRC today but far weaker?

It looks like they have access to the coastline on the map in 2320 AD

They are, from the descriptions I have read in the sourcebooks, far weaker than the PRC, even the PRC of our present.

What provinces does Rump China had? I know Sichuan, Shandong, maybe southern Shanxi [the part that includes Xian]. You may post a map for that.

Did they mention a flag for the three Chinas?
