Naval Base <Repair facility for Naval Vessels and Detached ..fuel avaible (refined and unrefined) again for the Naval vessels and detached duty navy>

Naval Depot..Enourmous stockpiles of weapons ..Full construction and scrap facilities..many mothballed Naval Vessels..(at least a couple squadrons more for larger empires) capacity to build the largest fleet ships) Fuel etc ..makes type A starport facilties look miniscuel and insignificant..oh yes did I mention extreame security (..at least one Regiment of Elites..a couple of active Battle rider squadrons ..normally a Large squadron in for refit...) full sensor arrays ..many of them from every approach vector ..Zero Tolerance for unauthorized traffic...(..approach gamma reporting in we have an unauthorized Yacht in our approach corridor. Scout Way Station ..See Naval Depot..lots of Scouts no elites ..oh and just cause they are scount do not think for a second that they cant see you..sensors and probes everywhere..
Research Station..could be anything from a small permanet encampment on a moon to a LArge Artificail satellite to several medium sized bases throut the system.security from non-existant to extreame depnding on the research..lots of GM play room
