General Chargen analysis thread?

In the last year or so, one of the denizens of this forum generated a large number of random characters, and analyzed the sample for number of skills acquired, highest level acquired for a skill, etc. One of the takeaways I had from it at the time was that skill level 4 was the highest encountered in the data, and an uncommon event.

I've searched COTI for a few days off and on, and can't locate the thread. I believe the creator also posted the same data to their blog; checking my browser bookmarks and all the usual suspects on my RSS feeds similarly came up with bupkes.

Does anyone remember it have a link for it?

I've posted on YouTube, results of various chargen-ing. My app has a Skill Level 5 cap as an option. It's using rules from both Mongoose and T5.

Bill Stoddard has an article in JTAS 23 "Career Choices in Traveller: What Are the Odds?" (pp24-28, not in table of contents for some reason).
Probably more old school than what you're looking for, but might be of interest.

It's not the item I had in mind, but it's data, and a decent starting point. I'd swear someone posted something newer in the last year, here on COTI.

Thanks!
