MGT Only: College option in MgT char-gen?

Where would I look to find options for sending a PC through college during char-gen in MgT?

In CT that was originally in High Guard, but when I looked at High Guard (and Mercenary) on the www.travellersrd.com site, I found only Naval College, no ordinary college or military academy.

AFAIK thre's none in MgT (there are many supplements I don't own)

Should a player of mine insist on it, I'd suggest to spend his first term as schoolar, but I must agree there are strong differences...

It was discussed, but I don't have it, that the Mercenary second edition would have.

I think a third party came out with something.

Mercenary Second Edition does indeed have it. They don't specifically call it out in that book, but what's there is pretty generic in regard to the services - there should be no problem using it with any career path, not just the Army/Marines.

Thanks, guys. I ended up just making the guy without a term in college - was mostly just wanting to have him kill some time doing something safe so I could have him end up at the age I wanted - instead I just put him through a couple of terms as a Drifter before he got started on his real career.
