No they don't. They get a penalty to strength and a bonus to dexterity. It's the same deal with the Ewoks in Star Wars d20. ANd because both are small, they get a +1 bonus to AC and attack rolls, which effectively means a +2 bonus when you combine it with the extra dexterity. The balance comes from the strength penalty that means you do less damage.

I actually modeled the stats from the Duros race from SW d20. Added the extra, traveller specific stuff though.

Nice! I think you did a great job using the material from 3x and SW d20.
