Fire With Fire Contest

I can't seem to be able to donate $1 to enter the Fire With Fire contest detailed on FFE's website (http://www.traveller5.net/Gannon.html). Has anyone done this and/or can anyone provide some assistance?

(And for those of you who haven't heard, there's a contest on that costs $1 per entry. Check out the link above.)

Okay, I found where you click (the text says top left, but really it's at the bottom of the article) however, there's a technical issue with the PayPal site...my province isn't listed (and yes, I've selected Canada as the country).

I can get screenshots if you would like, but BC is not one of the options and i can't just pick a random one because I am entering CC information and that would be invalid.

How can I donate?
