Fixed Bk2 Suleiman deckplans.

Changes:

- The bridge & SRs have to move back a little, eating into to the common area
- The forward SRs get a bit cramped
- The rear bays lose a small chunk
- The other decks get much smaller

Otherwise, it mostly works.
