GCarrier/APC -- can they reach orbit??

The rules and TA 6 don't specifically mention whether the GCarrier or APC can reach orbital heights. They do say that the GCarrier has properties similar to the AirRaft though. How have you folks played this?

As far as I know, any grav vehicle can reach orbit, it all depends whether or not you have air when you get there.

The GCarrier is pressurized. I would figure it achieves orbit at the same rate as an Air Raft, since it has the same cruising and max speed.

I would say Xdiox is correct. Any grav vehicle can get to and from orbit, it may take a while and required the craft either be pressurised or the passengers wear vacc suits.

To calculate space performance of a grav vehicle, divide the top speed by 1080. This give acceleration in Gs, to compare to the acceleration of Starships. So while you can get a grav vehicle to fly to and from orbit, its usually much better to take a spaceship.
