Grenades & Vehicle Vs. Personal damage

Ok, so, it's obvious to me that having grenades/ram grenades, particularly HEAP grenades, would be useful in an infantry vs. vehicle combat situation. Which raises the question:

Are RAM grenades vehicular or personal scale damage? HEAP Grenades do 4d4, I believe (I haven't the book with me) and reduce the AR of the target by 5... But if the damage is reduced by 5 for the personal to vehicle scaling, that still kinda sucks, you'd be rolling 1d6-1 for damage even if the vehicle AR is reduced to 0... and if it isn't, it's even worse. A vehicle with AR 10 or higher, it's basically useless.

Of course, if they're vehicle scale, that means they do 9d6 damage vs. infantry... Hmm...

Grenades are personal scale weapons. They are designed to work against soft, fleshy targets not armored vehicles. If you want to kill vehicles, you need specific anti-armor weapons.

So, what would be the equivelant of a T20 Anti-Tank gun? Is there a shoulder mounted or other type of rocket launcher that is designed vs. vehicles, but carried like a personal weapon? I can't seem to find anything in the main book or any of the supplements. The HEAP grenades are as close as I've gotten.
