Never happen...

Highway authorities do not want folks hovering up rivers past bridge and road tolls and Emergency response agencies do not want to have to do more water rescues than they need to

OTOH... Where can I buy one now?!?!? I'd love to avoid tolls and traffic driving up and down rivers

Actually, the 4 wankle driven ducted fans DO get the moller off the ground and doing 100mph. It's awaiting type certification by the FAA as a VTOL

Yeah, last I heard they were still trying to hammer out legislation to handle the vehicle. That is part of the concept is that it would be allowed to land on the street, and fly over highways as per a flying car. At least that's what I recall. Not certain how accurate my memory is.
