Just e-mail them with your order # and ask what's up. I had a similar situation a few months ago with some Gamelords stuff. Once I contacted them to let them know I hadn't gotten the stuff, they were very quick about checking on it and getting it mailed out. It arrived in less then a week once I contacted them about it.
