Yes there is, though I disagree with it's use in general on all boards, for some cases it's probably best option.
Click the drop down "User CP" menu tab at the top of the page and select "Edit Options"
From there look for "Settings & Options" menu heading on the left and click the "Edit Ignore List" fill in the CotI Name(s) and you're done.
