STARTING to get the hang of Celestia?

Beautiful, beautiful work, Peter... What did you use to create that *spectacular* (and very nicely bump-mapped, if I'm not mistaken) map of Yori?

Since Yori is a special world for me I actually raided my piggy bank and commissioned it. It was created by a Hungarian called Nevis on Rentacoder for $US75 (which is not much with the current exchange rate).

Now I'm just fine-tuning the SSC file. (Unfortuneately Celestia doesn't do "asteroid belt" as a single entity.)

I hope I'm not being too much of a thread necromancer, but how did you view Yori in Celestia? It's meant to show the real sky/universe...

But how did you create and import your own data, i.e. Yori? There's no Traveller stuff on there (maybe you should upload Yori ).
