Yes, but lots of people miss that, and post IISS related stuff here by mistake.

WRT Trade Stations, in my guesstimation should have warehouses and some kind of medical facilities, probably staffed by a doctor only. I think the idea of Hudson's Bay Co., East India Co., Cavalry forts of the old west would be a very good analogy.
