Welcome to the new COTI server. We've moved the Citizens to a new server. Please let us know in the COTI Website issue forum if you find any problems.
We, the systems administration staff, apologize for this unexpected outage of the boards. We have resolved the root cause of the problem and there should be no further disruptions.
[On a serious note, not that I am aware of.
The big problem is how you define the list ...
... Citizens of the Imperium is included.
... JTAS articles are probably included.
... Are Dragon Magazine articles?
... White Dwarf?
... Fanzines?
... Electronic Fanzines?
... Third Party Publishers?
... Non-Classic Traveller versions compatible with Classic Traveller?]

Don't forget the careers in the Alien modules (both by GDW for CT, and by DGP for MT).
(The OP didn't specify strictly Human careers; besides, some of the 'Aliens' are Human too - Zhos, Darrians, Solomani.)

I didn't mention them because the CT Alien Modules are GDW, and therefore included by default, and the DGP modules fall into the 'compatible with" group since they are not expressly for CT.
I've added many of the magazine articles related to Traveller to the database at RPGGeek over the last few years, and I tried to be consistent in my descriptions. So if you go there and do an Article search on "character generation" you will get a long list of Traveller articles from many magazines.
Sounds like a pretty big effort to collect such then itemize such as access to all printed Traveller materials, fanzines in particular might be difficult to locate.
Also notations would be helpful regarding which is canon/non-canon and specific-exclusive to any particular races.
Maybe a 'codex' could be organized based on the world-ship profile system for quick reference.
