Okay, I just finished painting up a second batch of old Martian Metals figs, and I was hoping you guys could help me ID these.
The figures are wearing loose-fitting clothing/fatigues, with power packs/lifesupport packs, and almost Turkish-looking head-dresses that I'm guessing are supposed to be helmets. They have no faceplates, however. This could be the artist trying to represent "clear" faceplates. Several of the figures are armed with what look like Auto-Rifles; one is throwing a grenade. A majority of the figures are armed with big, pipe-sized weapons attached to their powerpacks with a power line. Three of the figures are armed with a different type of rifle...maybe a Gauss Rifle (it's not an ACR b/c it's not in a bullpup configuration). These three are distinguished from the rest by billed caps on their helmets (maybe they're officers?).
Any clue what these guys are supposed to be? I'm guessing the fatigues are supposed to be Combat Environment suits and the pipe-guns are PGMP-12's.
Since I'm primarily intending to use the figures with AHL, I'm rating the armor as Combat Armor instead of CES and I'm treating the pipe weapons as Laser Carbines so I can use the figures as "intruders" to go against my Imperial Marines.
