Missing Order for the Classic CD-rom

I ordered both the CT cd and the JTAS cd (paid $77.10) and yesterday I got a single CD with only the CT pdfs on it. (Just one circle was blacked out).

Who/what/where/how do I contact to make sure I get the JTAS cd ?

I sent an email to paypal@farfuture.net -- will that get thru to the powers that be ?

I don't think the JTAS CD-ROM has been released yet (although the website says it should have been). Have patience, Gadrin, MWM is very reliable in these things ... if a little behind schedule.

The receipt didn't mention "back order" or "pending" etc, etc.

Marc sent me a note with my order that the JTAS CD-ROM would be shipping about the end of the month so I think that counts as back-ordered (or not yet produced or whatever). So, yes, give it a wee bit of time (a couple of weeks). We've waited this long, and Marc's long-awaited publication rate may still be beating our local T20 publisher just now... so just wait for it, as the saying goes. They say that makes it better. (*grin*)

If you've not received a reply after a week send another mail. Marc has been polite and professional in all my dealings with him.
