[MT] Craft Design Walkthrough - M589 Sangendar

So in the Referee's Manual, page 65 just below the Maneuver Drive Table, what is the TL 9 "one anti-grav unit" (as opposed to the TL 11 "one thruster unit")?
There is an errata item, Don!

Normal Gravitics are limited to about 10Diams of a world

AG Drive Units are supposed to be limited to about 100Diams or so... Just enough to get out to Jump point...

The full-up Thruster Plates are not.

But this doesn't get cleaned up until the discussions of T4's FF&S2...

Sadly, I completely missed the gist of the discussion here, thinking it was "what's the smallest air/raft" for some reason... And we already have a version of this in the errata, based on previous discussions, and gleaned from the TML/HIWG/DGP notes pile:

Page 65, Step 5, Maneuver Drive (explanation): An anti-grav unit requires a gravity well to push against, so an anti-grav maneuver drive is less efficient at 10 diameters and beyond. The effective maneuver number of the craft drops by 50% at 10 diameters and beyond; for example, a maneuver-2 drive drops to a maneuver-1, and a maneuver-1 drops to a maneuver-0.5. Thruster units do not suffer these effects.

I don't know that I'm really willing to fully embrace FF&S2 (as errata riddled as it is). Any other thoughts on this?

Smallest grav vehicle (thrust-based) is a grav belt... which we know can barely make orbit (and uses the same hours=size as air-rafts).

That a 1.5G+ air raft takes hours=size to orbit indicates a clear drop-off from its maneuver G's of 0.5...
