Newbie questions

Ok, I am new here and I click on threads and it says I have to have a password ..... other threads I click on and I can read them ..... so what determines that it has to have a password and how can you tell without clicking on it (obviously everyone doesn't have the password) ?? Has anyone ever contacted customer service and gotten a response? I have done so three times on three different subjects about products and cannot get an answer -- is anyone really there? (I am guessing there might be because my check cleared but no word on my order ....) I have a 6-G Scout that I may have to buzz them with lol ....

Having some issues with email right now as I am working on a transfer to a new server. I'll see if I can find the emails you've sent.

On the password thing, only 1 forum requires a password and that is the Political Pulpit. The password is listed in the description of the forum.
