How much does it cost to commission a 3d rendering of a ship with the deckplans?

Lots of factors would influence that. Some here may also do it for free, simply for the enjoyment, provided that the work they do is not for commerial purposes. If you look at some of the models for sale on the web they usually range from US$150 to around 400.
