There is now a seperate forum for political discussions, the Political Pulpit.
If you absolutely MUST post something political in nature, take it there. The Political Pulpit is a private forum which means the topics in there will NOT appear in the Daily Active Topics list. Furthermore you will need to enter a password to use the forum. That password is:

It will not change.
Hopefully this will make CotI a happier and nicer place for all.
