Sorry, no luck yet. One hopeful bookmark turned up 404 so I'm not sure that was it or not. None of the rest hit. Might be one of my lost bookmarks. Searched a bit but no luck there either. I seem to recall the site also had a (unofficial) Ship Registration Database going where visitors could enter the registration details (number, name, etc.) of their own ships. If that rings a bell for anyone.

Stuff Online (Traveller). Do you mean this one? If you scroll down you will find a section labeled Book 2 Starships. I think that might be what you are looking for, if not *shrugs* got me.
I seem to have conflated a couple websites. This one, which does have a ship list (http://www.trisen.com/sol/default.asp?topic=10&page=23) as well as the registry I was recalling (and thought were the same site), and another that has a ship list as well as where they were published.
Gypsycomet's old site had a list of published deckplans, pretty comprehensive - though not all fanzine ships are there. It can be found on The Internet Archive at:
