Sky Galleons of Mars -- help with minis

I just got a copy of Sky Gallions of Mars and have this nice little pile of plastic game parts, but no actual instructions on which parts go together to make little ships. A friend said that there were some GDW fans here, so I'll put it a plea to see if anyone can offer some advice...
