That’s practically a pilot’s view screen.
Oh, the squinting I have to do when one of my coworkers shares his screen with us. It's like letterboxing of widescreen films, taken to the level of a hate crime.

I chose fifty five inch four kay OLED, over forty nine inch thirty two over nine.
A quick check shows fifty seven inch, at seventy six eighty times twenty one sixty.

Just reminds of back in the day when for a project, we got some 20" monitors, we're talking tube monitors.
Before the install, we plonked one on one of our desks.
We used it to work on our mini computer, a 20" monitor with an 80x25 character screen.
The letters were HUGE!
And, yea, there was a bit of "post-real-estate let down" when we went back to the standard 12" monitors we normally used.
Moving those monitors, I almost blew out my back. Boy were they heavy.

For real. I've been in Software Engineering for just long enough to have seen the latest round of massive monitor size increase (too young to have used tube monitors for work, but I gamed on them when I was a kid). Once I got one of these ultrawides, it's made everything smaller feel way too small.

I try to not be "that guy" and only share individual windows (scaled down to normal monitor size) instead of sharing the entire racecar-windshield of my monitor.
