Yes it's just the player's manual but works under my setup (Reader 6.0.2) and with selectable text.
I waited until the "preparing" window was done but I'm using IE 6.x with pdf files set up to prompt this is automatically the case. I've never had consistently good results with pdf files in browser windows and like to ensure I save the file regardless. I use IE with DTRPG since it seems to like it better, at least IMX.

I do the same thing with PDFs - download, then read. I use Opera and Firefox - and Opera worked like a champ yesterday!

Basic char gen still has the groovy Book 1 feel to it. Advanced has a much higher resolution... Wah!
Which system do most grogs prefer? (I like smaller-faster so that I don't feel so bad about killing them in tactical operations.
But those Advanced systems are strangely alluring.)
(Also... I note that Starport Authority was left out. Did those guys show up in a later supplement?)
(Man... they went and integrated Striker into this thing!

Actually, I think Diplomat replaced Other. Other was kind of pointless after 1001 CotI (Supp5?) brought out 12 more careers.
