Status of the MegaTraveller games?

I've read that the copyright holders have released the two Megatraveller computer games for free. Is this correct?

You can download them at Freelance Traveller. You'll probably need one of those programs that allows you to play DOS games, though. I'm not sure about all the ins and outs of copyright and license, but I understand the download is legal.

DOSBox is a good choice, and free. It will run them. And will allow slowing them down enough to play them.
