The Archives:
The Arctic Environment
Faldor, Planet of Adventure
Rogues In Space I
Rogues In Space II
(and unpublished)

these were published by Cargonaut were they not? I am sure Mr. Saunders might be entitled to some royalities from Marc's sale of the CD ROM, as he bought up the rights to the unpublished Keith stuff if memory serves me right.

Mr. Sanders cannot be found so far. As a result, the material that he owns outright, whatever has not reverted, cannot be sold by FFE.

I have the CD in question, and I do not see the items you are complaining about on it.

What exactly is the nature of your issue? Does Marc mentioning those items by name make you think Paul Sanders is owed money by FFE?

Rob and I both can reach Marc in minutes if there is an issue, and I think a lot of people are aware that Marc (and Rob and I) have made several good faith attempts to reach Paul Sanders, and I know that if you dig around, you will find some posts where we let people know the Cargonaut material would NOT appear on the CD, due to the copyright issues.

If you think there are some business issues here, please contact me at don.mckinney@gmail.com and I'll get with Marc on any of your issues. And if you have any method of contacting Paul Sanders, Marc wants to reach him ASAP!

Kafka:
Until Mr. Sanders is found, Marc has to keep those titles in the non-public archives, and they thus are not on Volume 1 CD. They probably will be volume 2 if Marc and J. Paul Sanders can be put to mutual contact.

Don:
I believe Kafka to be inquiring about those items.

I really wish we could find him. That's some good stuff just sitting there. But if I can be patient about the DGP materials, I can be patient about the Cargonaut materials.

Pity Paul Saunders has disappeared then...my query was why are those cited as being in the archives when they have been legitimately (as best as one can tell) been published by another. Secondly, I was wondering the legality of publishing something that might have been part of the Keith estate which lay elsewhere without due credit. Yes, I am sure that DonM, Robject and Marc have done everything to contact Paul but when something appeared odd, I just thought I would ask.

I could make some educated speculations, but I'm not Marc or Paul, and I think where the Cargonaut releases are concerned, we'd all be better off if Paul and Marc could exchange some letters/e-mail and make an agreement.
