Does anyone know where I can find "background" tables? Things like:

atmospheric anomalies
stellar events
weather

and others...

Any help would be hot,

Scout

From CT - Special Suplement 2 Exotic Atmospheres.
From MT - World Builders Handbook (DGP).
From TNE - World Tamers Handbook.
From GT - First In.

Mostly these sources discuss atmospheric composition although the World Tamers Handbook has a chart for determining weather on a planet.

I'm not sure stellar happenings have been covered in any great detail anywhere in the Traveller canon. Though I don't own everything (for instance I have none of the JTAS or Travellers digest magazines.)

Hope this helped

I am increasingly of the opinion that RPGs are by the nature of their creation subjective phenomenon. due to the interaction between game designers, game masters, and game players all definitions, rules, settings, and adventures are mutable in acordance with the uncertainty principle as expounded by Heisenburg. This is of course merely my point of view.

Ok, I've found 12 different broad descriptors that you can use to help flesh out and describe a planet - as if you just stepped out of a Starship and on to the landing pad...
