Ah, good Baron. Please, just call me Felix. I have since left the service and am once again a humble traveller of this 'verse. But, I would enjoy taking the gig as your gunner. Sounds like a hoot. I just have to make proper arrangements for the care of one invitro child, and I'm free to roam.Originally posted by Baron Saarthuran:
Welcome to the Island of Misfit Toys, Lt. Markov!
And here I thought I was the only one who disliked the "25th Level Teens From Planet Elfquest" I say 25th Level because During the Mutiny in Episode 6, that creature killed (Killed!) 4 men with one attack on each... with a Sword!! Poppycock, says I! And then there was the "eye" incident
The Captain is another story... and I agree fully with your assessment, which shows great insight, what? I find it hard to believe that any rational member of the Moot or High Government would condone let alone sponsor such a "mission". Rhylanor must be a hotbed for intrigue! (not.)
Welcome, Old Comrade!
Need a Lift? I need a Gunner, what?
Good one!Maspy:
Here's my first T20 character. Last seen hopping a freighter off of Rylanor. Possibly heading for Sidur Haski???

My last one was 'Kejel Perez', a Solomani War photographer (MT-rebellion/hard times). He NEVER carried a weapon, just a camera and a press-pass and survived for many games as NPC's 'mostly' ignored him as a non-combatant(he was good at running!). Then disaster struck. Our regular referee went on holiday to Denmark and a new player took over as ref. He had a reputation of playing Cyberpunk JUST for the weaponry. By the end of the next game he was dead....and all I got from the new referee was 'serves yourself right for not carrying a gun'. Bummer!

It finally turned out (because we thought it'd be fun) that the real reason Galloway had survived his flight down the cruiser's meson gun was that he had a submerged alternate personality named "George." George was very paranoid and convinced that everything in the universe was trying to kill him. However, George also doubled all David's skills (Pilot-8, anyone?). George was why David was discharged/retired from the Navy. In David's last battle his command Patrol Corvette was hit on the bridge by a pirate laser. George took over David, then took over the controls and single-handedly destroyed all the pirates and then began to attack the remaining Solomani ships. The survivors of the command ship's crew eventually overpowered George, but Navy medics forced Galloway into retirement.
We had George pop up a time or two while Galloway adventured and eventually David looked for and found a Psionic Institute that could help him learn how to control George.
We're still awaiting the famous character TJ...anyone interested in Trader Jims character???
