My guilty secret is the way I use T5's makers - (other than as in game manufacturing machines).
I don't pay any attention to costs and masses etc most of the time, I just pick stuff from each table to make something that fits the requirement of the adventure - this can even be done at the table. It's a bit like the old Star Trek technobabble table...
