Hey, what Social Standing scores correspond to what aristocratic titles? I don't have my books with me.

More importantly, how are those titles used with a person's names, as in what are the different honorifics, how is a person addressed, who gets to put hault- in front of their name, and who puts something else?

Any solid answers will be greatly appreciated.
