I have two Traveller based novels done (Called Hao's Luck and Hao's Business), but haven't found a venue and means to put them out for readers based in part on restrictions on use. Neither makes any direct reference to the game, just locations and some game items like ship classes and such. But...

Oh, not really looking to make money on them in any case...

They're MT / CT based...

A third quasi-Traveller one is also available...

Enoki,

I recommend you contact Marc Miller or Rob Eaglestone directly.

Don mentioned a number of times that Marc Miller was looking for good novels and short stories.

Hope it works out.

Positive vibes to you!

Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.

I will buy any Traveller fiction that Marc writes, after reading his Agent of the Imperium. I look forward to his next books in the series.

I went with no but that might change as long as Marc is not involved.

Such Fiction will probably not exist with the Traveller trademark upon it while Marc is alive.

Without said trademark, several authors have fairly Travelleresque novels. Three come immediately to mind:
Charles E "Chuck" Gannon.
Jefferson Swycaffer.
Martin J. Dougherty.

You will note that it's not coincidence: all 3 have written material for Traveller.

But not what's out so far

Mongoose has some Traveller fiction and their were some novels back in the 80's but none are very appealing or well written.
