B5 and B8 are very close to the edge of the hull. Would there be enough headroom fro a habitable space here? Or is this only the interior sections and the exterior hull extends beyond it?

The hull extends a little beyond these rooms, but not by much; the ceiling is pretty low near the edges (think an attic bedroom).
 
Same complaint as with the seeker plans: Align the upper deck to the lower on the fore-aft axis for better clarity. Makes it far easier to figure where you are.
