Using Grenades and Thrown Weapons

Does anyone know which feat is required in order to be able to throw grenades or other thrown weapons like knives or shuriken?

Is there a particular skill to use or do I use BAB + DEX bonus? This might be okay for accuracy, but would not STR have a bearing on the distance a character could hurl such a weapon?

No feat needed.
Str does not cover the distance range but does add damage.
Since t20 used dex to modify attacks with pistols etc I would allow you to add your dex bonus.
If you want str to add to distance maybe add 1 meter to every + bonus.
