Vargr Corsair and Modular Cutter price

Morning all,

I have several projects that when my work stalls in the current I'm rotating through. My project with the extended system generators has hit a snag so I've rotated back to integrating the ship data format from used by Donald McKinney in the various Consolidated Traveller Errata documents with the ship design systems.

The first ship design system I pulled out was from CT Book 2 which had the Vargr Corsair from CT AM 3 pretty much done. The Corsair carries a modular cutter with an Open Module attached and a spare Open module carried as cargo.

While going over the design I noticed that, for some reason I can't remember, I added the price of the attached module to the price of the modular cutter.

Does the purchase price for a Modular cutter include one module or, as I did but don't remember why, does the installed module increase the cutter's price?

Of course whether or not how the price of the installed module works for the modular cutter my final price for the Vargr Corsair is higher than that listed in CT AM 3 Vargr or the corrected price in Consolidated CT Errata using Book 2 copyright 1981 from FFE 001 copyright 2000 2nd printing.

Soon I'll try combining Book 2's standard jump drive, maneuver drive, and power plant under Book 5 HG2 and then a pure HG2 design using Donald McKinney's format. Which I have little doubt will come up with more than a price difference.
