Where can I find the DGP TASK SYSTEM?

Surfing the forum many times I have read about the "DGP TASK SYSTEM"; now I want to try finding it; please can you give me more details?
The exact TITLE of the magazine, game, supplement, where it appeared?
Who was publishing it?

I need the correct informations for an EBAY search.

it appears in every issue of Digest Group Productions' Traveller's Digest, as well as their CT supplements Grand Census and Grand Survey.
A 1d10 variant is in GDW/FFE's Traveller:2300 and 2300AD.

A slighty expanded version is in the MegaTraveller Referee's Manual, and a player's guide to it in the MegaTraveller Player's Manual, both by GDW/FFE

A refinement of the UTP system presented in Travellers' Digest was also published in Challenge/JTAS 29. It is available in JTAS Issues 25-33 of the Classic Traveller Reprints series, or on the JTAS CD-ROM sold by FFE.

This system was then later refined in MegaTraveller.

However, if you want to see the original version, someone made a handy little PDF.
