where, oh, where for CT minis

Reaper Minis. She's Rosie, Chronotechnician. Between them and Hasslefree mins, I wanted to switch to 28mm. However, the vargr, hiver, K'kree and droyne were all old 25mm (found on Ebay from Greandier Travellers sets...the large head Vargr is Traveller produced!)

And I believe that the Darrian there is acually one of the Dark Heaven Legends or Warlord elves...

Are these only available in boxed sets?
I always wanted a platoon of Imperial Marines marching in formation, (for intimidation purposes ) but they stopped making them and there's no way I'd buy twenty boxed sets to do it!
The models are only available as the sets done by RAFM - the Citadel boxes aren't available anymore.

I've found that GZG's Stargrunt "United Nations Space Command" minis seem to have been modeled after 3rd Imp Marines. They are available in both 15mm and 25mm with various weapons, poses, with and without helmets on. Just one example:
The 15mm models look a lot better proportioned - they look really great tbh...

YES!:smirk:

Reaper's Dark Heaven, Flara, Vale Swordsman, Elf Grunt:

///clipped off the sword end (which was neatly held like a rifle) did a few add-ins and Tada!

You might want to check these out:

Not sure about the actual scale, but listed at a 28mm, with a a little work they could do for both Aslan and Vargr with head swaps and a little GS for cloths. I look forward to see better pictures.

Also on a side note, if you really want more Traveller miniatures, I might suggest you join me on Reapers Forums under Chronoscope and ask for some….

Those look promising! I've also been after Superfigs to release their 'Leo-ix' and 'The Pride'. 'Course that will only be 4 minis total, but it's something!

See ya on the forums, then!

For my fteirle character, I used the "Feline Lancer" from the Tales of War: Roleage 25mm series. As the miniature requires assembly (preferably with some drilling...), the hand holding the spear could easily be exchanged for a Dark Eldar hand holding a pistol. A rifle would have required additional restructuring and would not have fitted our campaign anyways where we prefer to keep a low profile. Wish I had a camera to post a picture of my finished one.

The Reaper Miniatures Chosen of Sekhmet and Daugther of Sekhmet might work, too. Although: all female.

Some of the Chronoscope miniatures (Reaper again) might work as general SciFi characters, too.

Someone, I forget who, makes a sci-fi catwoman doctor mini. It's one of the more expensive companies. The figure is multi-piece, and costs about $10 as I recall. The reason why I've noted this figure, my wife once played an Aslan doctor in our old Traveller campaign. She knocked together her mini from a set that was, I believe, from the old Planescape line of D&D figures.

Thanks! I'll go check them out! I'm always on the lookout for cool minis!

That might be the aforementioned Daktari from Corvus Belli - Infinity. Which - IMHO - might work out as an Anime Neko girl if anything - but not exactly as a fteirle.
