Would you buy an improved T4?

Not being a roleplayer(I love Traveller for its solid hard sci-fi background. It makes for some of my favorite science fiction reading), I'd buy it if it contained additional information on the Traveller setting and Imperium history.

I don't agree with all design choices taken by MWM when writing T4. Particullary, I don't care much for half dices (appearently corrected in T5), and the overdetailed starship combat and design rules (I hope he will make then compatible with HG and T20). As such, my single point against the system is the high importance of stats in relation to skill levels.

The main problem with T4 wasn't about design but rather about the poor editing job. Man, it was really very bad!

Well, what little T4 I've read was nice, but I never bought and never really dug deep, so...

I've seen some of the material put out for T5. It looks very much like a revamped T4.
I didn't care much for T4, so unless T5 changes from now till when it's released, I won't be purchasing.

I ref for my group (80% of the time)... what I buy the players generally buy as well. So that's maybe another 2-3 lost sales.

I would buy it if it was an updated MT ruleset which incorporated the better parts of all the systems.
