Was that the Cepheus Engine SRD or the T20 SRD or the Mongoose Traveller SRD?
I suspect that this is a Cepheus Engine SRD design.

The only SRD doc I've seen is from MgT. I've seen published works from Cepheus USING the MgT SRD.
