Well another momth is almost shot....when will the
next JTAS reprint come out??? The real Traveller!!!

From the last time this came up...

Well, I just walked through the site and it says vol:2 is going to
ship in October, so apparently its coming out again. It still lists
the 3rd installement of JTAS as coming out in February 2002.

I suppose it will get there when it gets there.
Remember: Good things come to those who wait.

I suppose now that its going to be a really, really Good thing.

I've misquoted myself. How embarrasing

The Supplements, reprint volume 2, is whats coming out in October.

Jtas 2 is out and I do have it.

Jtas 3 is listed as being out in February 2002.

FFE 9 The Modules, FFE 11 Aliens 1-4 , FFE 12 Aliens 5-8, FFE 13 Fasa Module1 are all supposed to be out this year. FFE12 is listed as coming out at Gencon.

I'm sure their all in the pipeline...

According to Ask Avery, the first Aliens reprint comes out in December, and the second half comes out in February. No mention at all of the third JTAS volume.

I imagine they have switch to working on the two Alien Reprints because they are the low hanging fruit. Except for Games, the other Reprints were all (literally, from what I can tell) just scans. No real formating or editing required.

The JTAS Reprint will require massive editing, as it will have to be reduced to true documentation, then completely reformatted to fit into the landscape format. I wonder if some of the graphics will even fit. It is not an easy job compared to the other reprints.

The Modules Reprint will end up being about as difficult as the Games Reprint, with which they had significant difficulties (from what I remember reading).
