Aramis needs some prayers

Aramis, I don't mean to come off as crass or anything, but is your wife overweight? It's probably time to take some measures to improve her health other than drugs and stints.

It's at the times we want to be most sincere that our writing comes off appearing the least sincere (paraphrase of C. S. Lewis). So forgive us for any poor expressions of support that we write; we're all wishing you and Steph the best.

I and my family will be praying for you, Wil.

His heart's in the right place, though his tact and timing have taken a brief leave of absence. ;)

To whomever sent me the link to the monkey and vending machine video - Thank you! It made me and my youngest smile and giggle. We needed that.

Things are stable at the moment. Steph's in the Critical Care Unit. Compartment syndrome.

Best wishes and sincere empathy for your ordeal at hand, with luck few will ever know of the stress and surreal experiences that comes with having a loved one in such circumstances.

You have friends here, Aramis, and those friends stand with you and your family.

You have my prayers if you want them and definitely my compassion and concern honey. Take care and keep your chin up. And remember very very rarely as bad as it seems and a positive attitude makes a difference
(she who survived a stroke 15 years ago).

I would also like to add my best wishes for you and your family at this terrible time. A major illness in the family is a terrible and stressful time.

"Clot 90% gone"... according to the Doc's notes for the nurses.

She'll be in hospital at least through monday based upon the treatment plan (according to the night nurse - no one else has told me jack)

Still major risks from potential bits elsewhere, but looking hopeful.

Prayers and well wishes much appreciated and still needed.
